April 18th, 06:04:00 The caller informed the dispatcher that she had spoken with the vice president of an unnamed agency, and the agency would be making an announcement over the air in a few minutes. The caller then said that President Baker was on his way. The dispatcher asked the caller to call her back when she had more information about a previously discussed issue because they did not have a radio.

Water was over the road going into the subdivision, and he expected it to be washed out within an hour to an hour and a half. The caller said that he and others had contacted some residents to let them know what was happening.
April 18th, 06:30:28 University of North Dakota employee calling to ask if the University of North Dakota had been closed. Classes have been canceled but the University of North Dakota remained open at this point.

April 18th, 06:33:40 Interdepartmental Communication: Denny from Emergency Operations Center asking about the status of Police Officers on duty and their vehicles, Officer 628 is driving unit #8, 646 is driving unit #1 and 625 is driving unit #3. Denny needs all three vehicles so all three officers should come in.

She wants to get her aunt out of that location. Operator has not been out on the street for a while. The previous operator said to go on Gateway, but caller believed it was already closed. The Emergency Operations Center has evacuated to another location and lines are still not up yet. The operator suggests that caller should take Demers Avenue. Caller drives a Bonneville and is going to try and see if her car will make it.
