911, what's your emergency?
No, this is Jerry Dworken, NODAC Contacting.
We're diking down in Riverside Park and a policeman came down here
and had the National Guard stop even our truck from coming down in here to build the dike.
Okay.
Is there a squad or a policeman in that Riverside area
that could come and let them know that we still got to get truck down in there to dike?
I think they were just supposed to see 30 people out there.
I think they're working on that now.
They're going to have somebody over there to help clear up the dike.
People are still going to be in there. What's going to happen?
Oh, okay.
They will be having somebody out there.
I know they're coming in to evacuate all the residents for sure, too.
However, all our trucks that built the dike are just sitting here
and they can't move because the National Guard won't let them in.
I'll call down to EOC. Where are the trucks standing by at?
They're on the corner of North Shore Street and Park Tavern.
Okay. I'll call the EOC and see if they can let them in or what.
And if not, I'll throw a VC there in a minute. Okay?
Okay. Thank you.
