We're evacuated from the 1300 block of Chestnut.
I just drove by there and there are a bunch of people walking around and kids riding bikes
and there's nobody at any intersection blocking anybody.
I guess my understanding was that that was supposed to be secured down, so nobody was supposed to be in there.
As far as I know, they've got guardsmen at 15th and Bellmont, or 15th and Chestnut.
I just came through there and there's nobody there.
Well, I don't know what the situation is right now. Maybe, I don't know if it's alleviated itself.
I kind of doubt that, but...
Well, I guess I'm just a little nervous, since everybody knows the whole three blocks are empty and there's nobody there.
I saw a couple of guardsmen down by the dike, but there was nobody further back towards Chestnut and Wallnut.
Well, I don't know what to tell you, sir.
I don't know if you ever get in contact with anybody in the National Guard or something.
No, you'd have to do EOC for that.
Okay, I thought it was out there and it must forward it to you.
Yeah, it does if their lines are busy.
Okay.
Okay?
Bye.
