I was wondering, okay, my parents live in the building above the Uptown Bar down on
9th Avenue Hill, and I was wondering if that building got evacuated.
Right now we're doing a voluntary evacuation, but they haven't done any actual door-to-door
evacuations in that area that I know of.
But the EOC is, right now, they had to evacuate because they're in the basement of the police
department building, and they went over to the university.
And right now they're in the process of getting the phones reconnected.
So if you could just call the state number back in like 20 minutes, they're supposed
to have their lines up by then.
Hopefully they would, and they could tell you more of what's going on.
Okay, yeah, because my parents are up there, and I don't think they have anywhere to go.
Well, as long as they're up, they should be okay.
And then they're probably going to do some rescue type thing with the boats if it gets
that.
I haven't been over there.
I don't know if there's that much water or anything, but your best bet is just to call
back to the EOC in like 20 minutes and keep trying if it's busy, and hopefully they'll
be up by then.
All right.
Okay, thank you.
Okay, thanks.
