Flood Call 354
The LEC operator explains to the caller on Belmont Rd, who is looking for some sandbags at his home, that EOC had to evacuate and still hasn't reconnected and so she can't send anybody to his aid yet, but if he attempts back in 15-20 minutes he should get through.

It looks like I should have a couple of steps of sandbagging on the backside of my home.
Okay, what's going on here is the EOC had to evacuate to the university area because
the water is coming up to the police department building.
So their phone lines right now are taking their calls but they don't have their lines
to be connected so I can't direct anybody your way right now.
So if you could just call this number back in about 10 minutes or 15 they're supposed
to have their lines back up.
Sure will do.
Okay, thank you.
You're welcome.
