Actually, I'm not sure. Bob was talking about that. I'll let you talk to him to let him explain, okay?
Okay.
Do you want to explain anything to her?
Yeah, what's going on? I just keep hearing this loud going, Bob.
They're evacuating Lincoln Park. Central Park and Riverside Park, they're just finishing up Lincoln now,
and then we're going to sound the sirens for the entire city here pretty soon.
So we're telling everybody if they're not in any immediate evacuation areas to get up out of the basements
and get everything up out of the basements that they need to get out.
I already talked to Pete. We recalled Carrie and Kathy. They're going to leave at first light to come back,
and we're going in 12-hour shifts, but stay only for right now.
So it's basically 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Carrie has to put in, what, 14 hours, like I am, I'll stay until 8 a.m.,
but I guess you can check later on to see if she needs some relief or something like that.
Okay.
And then depending on what ends up happening, we may have to call Margaret
and tell her the district are trying to come in because they don't know what the roads are going to be like.
What is she going to do in December?
Yeah.
Again, if that gets away, we won't have to worry about the bridge.
We're at 51.55 now according to Channel 3, but it's probably 51.65 or higher.
So I figure we just need to do the 12 hours for today because tomorrow we should know better what the heck's going on,
and we'll be able to maybe go back into regular shifts that way.
So you think Lincoln Park is basically done?
Yep, more than likely.
And south 47th Street, they're putting in a clay dike down there, and that's not looking good either.
Really?
Yeah.
So if you've got plugs in your basement already?
No, I don't.
All right, put them in.
Okay.
Well, I'll kind of call back later on in the morning to see if things are going.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah, bye.
