Scope and Contents: The Beta Theta Pi Records consist of two architectural blueprints. The first blueprint is an undated photocopy for the original house as designed by Theodore Wells, a Grand Forks architect. The actual blueprint is in the Wells Denbrook Architectural Records, OGLMC 1487. The second blueprint is for a new deck, added in 2000, by Simonson Lumber & Hardware.
