The third scrapbook dates from the late 1880s, prior to North Dakota statehood in November 1889. Most of the prescriptions were from Grand Forks pharmacies, including George Budge, Eckles & Morgan, and K. Olson (Druggist and Apothecary). The prescriptions were written by several different doctors in Grand Forks, including F.J. Duggan, S.V. Martinitz, M.W. Scott, and C.E. Teel. There are a few prescriptions filled by pharmacies in Minnesota: Fisher Drug Store in Fisher and two pharmacies in Delano, Johnson & Wittman and M.A. Chance.
All of the prescriptions are handwritten and undated.

The fourth scrapbook dates from the late 1880s, prior to North Dakota statehood in November 1889. Most of the prescriptions were from Grand Forks pharmacies, including Eckles & Morgan and D.M. Holmes. Two pharmacies from Larimore were also included: Bennett & Knight and R.B. Holmes (Druggist and Apothecary).
The prescriptions were written by several different doctors in Grand Forks, including F.J. Duggan, A.R. Herriman, S.V. Martinitz, M.W. Scott, and C.E. Teel.
