The Frank G. Wilkins Papers consists of Bismarck property tax receipts, dated 1909 to 1921. Also included are four folders of correspondence regarding real estate surrounding the Capitol Hill Addition in Bismarck and other business related affairs. The collection also contains miscellaneous materials including checks, a railroad townsite agreement, and a document appointing Nehemiah G. Ordway as overseer of Wilkins' interest in the area of Yankton, South Dakota, dated 1882.
The Frank G. Wilkins Papers were found in the attic of the Francis G. Wilkins home in Lower Warner, New Hampshire.
