Scope and Contents of the Materials

The Jane Frazer Summers Papers, 1923-2002, consist primarily of correspondence. The correspondents include her parents, daughters, granddaughter Edith, her husband, and her sister. Also included are materials related to the North Dakota Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, Citizens for a Real Choice, the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra, and Summers' memorial service.

Administrative Information

Accruals: Additional materials were donated by Jane Frazer Summers on October 31, 1990 (91-1734) and May 3, 1996 (96-2065), and by Anne Summers, Bismarck, North Dakota, on April 21, 2005 (2005-2744).
