The Fire Hall Theatre Records have been divided into two series as follows:

Series 1: Scrapbooks, 1947-1987

Series 2: Administrative 1982-1994

A large number of photographs, as well as video footage, are still being processed.

The first series consists of six scrapbooks created by personnel in the Fire Hall Theatre. The scrapbooks date from 1947, 1969, and from 1983 until 1986. The scrapbooks contain photographs, newspaper clippings, and programs from performances at the Fire Hall Theatre.

Three additional scrapbooks are awaiting conservation care by Special Collections and will be made available at a future date in time.
