The State Defense Council of North Dakota Records consists of several different newsletters. The first folder contains the State Defense Council Bulletin, from 1941-1945. The second and third folders contain the Women's Service Bulletin (1942) and its successor, the Women's Division Bulletin (1943-1945).
The publications contain information about the civilian war effort in North Dakota, as well as lists of officers in the local Councils of Defense.
