Administrative/Biographical History
"The purpose of this Federation shall be:
1. To promote and stimulate love for the great mission of the church: making all nations disciples of Jesus Christ.
2. To disseminate knowledge of missions in general and of the Norwegian Lutheran Church of America in particular.
3. To aid financially the missionary activities of the Norwegian Lutheran Church of America through its various church boards.
4. To unite all women's societies with the Norwegian Lutheran Church of America in harmonious cooperation for the missions, the charities, and the schools of our church.
5. To organize missionary societies and children's missionary societies wherever practicable."
