Scope and Contents: The Folden J. Stumpf Jr. Diaries document his daily activities from 1879 until 1889. The diaries from 1880 through 1889 are small, measuring approximately 3" x 6". The diary for 1879 remained in the possession of Robert Paterson, the son of Verna Paterson, the donor of the collection. Verna, the daughter of Folden J. Stumpf Jr., created typescripts of the diaries.
