"Henry E. Lemke, 68, Ramsey County Judge for 11 years and brother of Congressman William Lemke, died in a Devils Lake hospital late Wednesday night. He had been in failing health for more than a year. Funeral services will be conducted in Westminster Presbyterian church at 2pm, Saturday. Lemke was born at Albany,, Minn., February 1, 1881, and came to North Dakota with his family on July 11, 1893. They settled in Cando. Lemke practiced law at Omemee and Dickinson before coming to Devils Lake in 1914. Surviving are Mrs. Lemke, Representative William Lemke, two sisters, and two daughters."
