"Gerald Muller, C.S.C., a Holy Cross Brother for over fifty years, graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame. He directed bands in Catholic high schools for twenty-seven years and headed the Music Department of Saint Edward's University, Austin, Texas, for eighteen years. He wrote over one hundred short biographies for children and a full biography for adults of Dr. Martin Luther King." (From the back cover of Father Miguel Pro, written by Gerald Muller)
Gerald Muller was born in Hillsboro, North Dakota, in 1927, the son of Agnes (Hanrahan) Muller and Alvin Muller.
