Scope and Contents of the Materials
The Pat Owens Papers are from 1976 to 2000, although most of the collection relates to the 1997 Grand Forks flood. Materials in the collection consist of correspondence, press releases, articles from newspapers and magazines, government publications, and certificates of appreciation.
