This sub-series includes final reports for Trainers of Teacher Trainers (TTT), a program of the United States Department of Education that described and evaluated UND's New School in 1973 and 1974. Perrone was a director of TTT and the New School received the majority of its funding through this program. Also included are articles written by Perrone and others regarding the New School, the programs that flowed from TTT and the New School, Open Education in North Dakota, and reports regarding the Statewide Teacher Center Project. Also documented is the process that created the Center for Teaching and Learning from the New School, as well as the College of Education, in 1972.
