The Joseph Bell DeRemer Papers are from 1887 to 1986, although the bulk of the materials are from 1887 to 1942. The collection includes biographical information, architectural blueprints and drawings, newspaper clippings, and photographs. In addition, there are DeRemer's architectural tools, his tophat, and other artifacts. Various plans from Samuel T. DeRemer and his architectural firm of DeRemer, Harrie, and Kennedy Architects are included as well.
