Brief Description: The Catholic Diocese of Fargo Publications consists of two different periodicals by the Diocese. Published by John Shanley, Bishop of the Fargo Diocese, The Bulletin (1909-1910) covered a wide range of topics, including the national and international activities of the Catholic Church, financial conditions, and the seminary, as well as the educational and religious concerns of the day.
The second publication is Catholic Action News, 1943-1979. This newsletter contains world coverage of Catholic events, editorial comments on current issues and the Bishop's letter. Catholic Action News also reports on the activities of Catholic schools, churches and organizations throughout North Dakota.
