Brief Description: The Grand Forks Sister City Exchange Program Records contain correspondence and articles regarding the exchange programs with Ishim, Russia, and Sarpsborg, Norway. In addition, several books or booklets, including poetry, that were gifts from Ishim are included. These had been initially given to the Grand Forks Public Library in July 1990.
