Brief Description: The Cora E. Smith Papers consist of information originally part of the UND Biographical File. Included are several news clippings, a copy of her obituary from The New York Times and a short letter of recommendation she wrote to President Merrifield in 1893. The program from the 1964 dedication of Cora Smith Hall, as well as remarks given by Lillian Witmer at the ceremony, is also included.
