The Army-Air Force Records mainly consist of financial records related to military training on the UND campus during the Second World War.
The Reserve Officer Training Corps Records consists of eleven scrapbooks. The scrapbooks contain an assortment of newspaper clippings, publications and photographs which detail the ROTC program and its activities on campus. The newspaper articles were clipped from various local newspapers, mainly the Grand Forks Herald and the Dakota Student. Each of the eleven scrapbooks detail the same ROTC events: ROTC military ball, scholarship awards, staff and cadet promotions, Governor's Day, ROTC camp, community service, enrollment increases and decreases, and curriculum changes.
The Air Force ROTC Records consist of scrapbooks and subject files. Materials in the collection date from 1927 until 1980.
