Murray Muraskin was born on August 7, 1935. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Illinois. He was a physics professor at the University of North Dakota from 1966 until 1995. He published Mathematical aesthetic principles/nonintegrable systems in 1995.
Murray Muraskin died on June 4, 2019, in Arkansas.
