Brief Description: The collection consists of two scrapbooks compiled by Lydia Topping. Each scrapbook contains news clippings, announcements, photographs, programs, letters, postcards, cartoons, invitations and memorabilia concerning the people and events of both Grand Forks and Clearwater County, Minnesota, from 1938 to 1943.
